What it can do
Group attention, energy, and synchrony
From video of a room, the engine estimates how much of the group is facing forward, how the energy moves over time, and how closely the room reacts together.
Geometry over time
It tracks facial landmark geometry and body posture frame by frame, and reports the patterns as behaviour correlates: attention arcs, stability, and movement. A correlate moves with a thing, so what the engine reports is what the geometry did.
The faces it detected
At crowd scale the engine reports the faces it picked out of the frame. When a room is too dense, or the faces too small to read, it reports that count alone or abstains.
Single-subject signals, with confidence
For one person, it reports what the face and body did, and puts a confidence level on each signal. When a signal cannot be measured reliably, it abstains and returns nothing.
What it does not do
It does not read emotions or minds
The engine measures geometry. There is no established scientific basis for reading a specific emotion from facial biometrics, and the product makes no such claim. In EU and UK workplace and education settings, emotion-framed output is switched off, following EU AI Act Article 5(1)(f).
It does not diagnose
Nothing it produces is a medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis. It is not a clinical instrument and must not be used as one.
It does not profile people in a crowd
At crowd scale the engine works from the group. It does not name or re-identify anyone, and it builds no per-person profile.
It is not surveillance, and not a lie detector
GRW is a professional assessment tool for consented footage, not a monitoring system, an attendance tool, or a deception detector. In EU and UK workplace and education settings, hiring, discipline, and performance management are switched off in the product and prohibited in the terms.
It does not rank you against a population it has not measured
A percentile or an "elite average" appears only when a validated reference group stands behind it. Where none exists yet, the engine withholds the comparison rather than inventing one.
