Your scouting stack measures the body. Not the temperament.
Combine numbers tell you what an athlete can do. They do not tell you what happens when the game tightens. The GRW Engine adds a behavioural layer over your stack, read from the film you already own.
Full body pose tracking on each athlete, plus FACS micro expressions where the face is visible. No markers on helmeted or turned heads.
Game film read. The footage is real. The scores are illustrative examples, not a live measurement. Composure 78, confidence high. Presence 85, confidence high. Cognition 71, confidence medium. Decision 74, confidence high. Authenticity 82, confidence high. Culture 66, confidence medium. Resilience 64, confidence medium. Momentum 76, confidence high. Flow State insufficient data, abstained. Full body pose tracking on each athlete, plus a facial read where the face is visible.
The edge above the analytics everyone has.
Draft and recruitment
Add a composure read to the board, scored the same way for each prospect.
Trade evaluation
Read how a target carries adversity before you spend assets on them.
Culture and fit
Surface patterns from interview and bench footage as input for the room, not a verdict.
Clutch profiling
See who holds focus late in a game, and who fades.
The scores that inform the board.
How composure holds when the game tightens.
Where expression and context pull apart on camera.
Whether focus is reached and then held.
Every score carries a confidence level, and the engine abstains when the data is thin.
Check it yourself.
What you can check today
Send film your staff already has a view on, then judge the output against what your room already knows about that player.
What is not established yet
No GRW score is tied to a real outcome yet. Accuracy against an outside standard is not established. A confidence number is about precision, not accuracy. It says how steady the read is on that footage. The engine reads behaviour, not what a person feels. It is not a clinical test and not a hiring test.
