Proprietary scores

Eight reads no other platform produces.

Each score is read from facial geometry we can measure, on published methods.

Sample
78
Composure Index

How steady a person stays under pressure, and how fast they settle.

85
Presence Quotient

How strongly a person holds a room. Read from gaze, posture, and real smiles.

71
Cognitive Clarity

Mental load, read from blink patterns and attention markers.

74
Decision Clarity Window

The stretches where focus looks steady.

82
Authenticity Signal

Where expression and context pull apart.

66
Culture Erosion Index

Friction in how a team talks. A discussion starter, not a verdict.

64
Resilience Arc

How a person recovers across a full session.

76
Momentum Signature

Whether focus is reached and then held.

RAW

What the model detected

Action unit strength, eye openness, engagement, frame counts. An action unit is one numbered move of the face.

PATTERNS

How it changed over time

Rolling aggregates, spikes, and trend direction across the session.

INSIGHTS

What we drew from it

Read as likelihoods, each with a confidence level and a traceable evidence chain.

Paid reports carry the three layer view. Trace any finding back to the raw number. The decision stays yours.

Common questions

What the scores are, and are not.

What are the eight GRW proprietary behavioural scores and what does each measure?

Composure Index reads decision readiness under pressure, including stress recovery speed. Presence Quotient reads nonverbal authority from camera engagement, posture, and smile markers. Cognitive Clarity tracks mental bandwidth from blink variance. Decision Clarity Window marks peak clarity and sustained focus. Authenticity Signal flags expression suppression and divergence. Culture Erosion Index surfaces team friction as a discussion starter. Resilience Arc tracks recovery. Momentum Signature reads whether focus is achieved, held, and self reinforcing. Each carries its own confidence level.

How are these behavioural scores actually calculated?

Every score traces back to measurable facial geometry and forty years of peer reviewed research. Larger files also add voice and language on the server path. Each report shows three layers: the raw measurements the model detected, how they changed over time, and the interpretation drawn from them. So if a finding reads as strange, you trace it back from insight to pattern to raw number.

Can I use GRW scores to make hiring or firing decisions?

No. The scores are decision support, not a verdict on any person. They are not built for hiring, firing, or promotion calls. The Culture Erosion Index, for example, is framed as a discussion starter, not an assessment. Read the numbers as evidence alongside your own judgment, never as a substitute for it.

Is my video kept or stored when these scores are generated?

Not the footage. On The Read the video stays in your browser. The server path runs when you turn on room mode, add a second camera, or your browser cannot decode the file. There the footage is deleted as soon as the analysis finishes, and within 60 minutes if the run is abandoned or fails. We keep the derived numbers, not the video, and those numbers stay in your report.
